Overview
Main technical indicators of blackbody: Emissivity of blackbody, diameter of blackbody cavity, temperature uniformity and uncertainty of radiation temperature. Therefore, in order to ensure the product quality of blackbody, it is usually designed according to temperature segmentation. Generally, what we call a black body is an artificial black body. The Emissivity of an artificial black body is close to 1, but not equal to 1. The closer the Emissivity is to 1, the closer it is to an ideal black body.
Blackbodies are mainly used in the fields of infrared imaging and temperature measurement in industry. The calibration and verification of radiation thermometer usually adopts the calibration quantitative method, which is to compare the temperature reproduced by the standard with the temperature reproduced by the inspected radiation thermometer through a highly stable radiation source (usually a Black-body radiation radiation source) and other supporting equipment, so as to judge whether it is qualified or give the calibration result.
